- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)
- Paprika (optional)
Start by cutting each egg in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks from all 12 halves and place them into a medium bowl. Mash the yolks together until they are smooth.
To the mashed yolks, add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, and mix until completely combined. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
